Unlike Twin Atlantic, Fatherson still seems to have some semblance of decent songwriting, albeit they take a while to really settle in. The synths here seemed to be used well and the album was an overall pleasant experience. Songs do get repetitive from time to time and I can't really recal a melody that I liked, but this was not a bad project.

I can't quite fathom just how incredible this record really is. When I can listen to an album the full way through without feeling bored and only having some slight production ideas on what I'd change, it's a blessing. "Normal People", "The Feeling And The Sound" & "Dive" are standouts 100%, but "Do It For Yourself" is a stereophonic euphony of everything I've ever wanted in a song. It's absolutely brilliant.
