Entertainment Weekly

While the storytelling has a child-like air, she comes off as preternaturally wise. But Demon’s most intriguing aspect, of course, is that it’s merely Aksnes’ first act.

The Line of Best Fit
Torn between home and adventure, fantasy and reality, AURORA is looking for - and carving out - her own path out of the forest. Getting lost and angsty is part of a journey filled with leaps of faith and imagination.
She does an excellent job of drawing you into her strange, sometimes rather unsettling world.

Still a teenager at the time of the album's release, Aurora proves to be an already skilled fashioner of dynamic, affecting pop.

AURORA’s release packs a moody, but unexpectedly positive punch, throwing her amidst a sea of artists who do the same. The uniqueness, for AURORA, comes not in the sound, but in the message – a somber look at life veiled with a thin frosting of optimism.
Under The Radar

It's not the show-stopping LP some might seek after the strength of the singles, but All My Demons Greeting Me as a Friend is more than enough to convince us she's a talent with more than two great songs in her.

The Guardian
Aurora’s voice has a childlike purity, and while the intermittently minimalist production sounds vaguely voguish in a trip-hop kind of way, that sparseness often gives the songs a slightly anodyne quality. It makes for a record whose potential power feels dampened, if not neutralised altogether.
When the album hits, it does so with an infectious force, but often feels like it’s only able to be viewed from a distance - an album that’s too calculated to evoke any emotional reaction.
Só hinos! Bíblia sonora.
All my demons is a very naive album. While it could be childish and too polished at times, Aurora shines with her beautiful vocals and clever production. Her live performance are specially great because she focuses more to her voice with really simple arrangement (Warrior live is gold !)
excellent, brilliant, amazing, incredible, show stopping, perfect
