Though Kiss feels disjointed at moments, it’s undoubtedly a good album and better than it’s predecessor. Plus, it has Call Me Maybe.
While showing promise of her future greatness, "Kiss" is a charming if pretty average pop album, complete with mega-hit ("Call Me Maybe"), massively underrated banger ("Tonight I'm Getting Over You"), terrible acoustic cut ("Beautiful") and the world's most awkward key change ("Curiosity").

A formulaic bubblegum pop record that tries too hard to make every song sound like a hit. The first 5 songs absolutely slap tho
