Really liking this seeming renaissance of lo-fi noise pop that’s been going around this past year or 2. And I generally think that this EP is some of the best to come out of that rise in popularity. Weatherdays vocals are some of the most beautiful sounding things on the whole EP, each song having some spectacular vocals and instrumentals. I also LOVED the production helped by Asian Glow, it makes these cuts all pop out and feels so much better than I feel they would otherwise! This EP is ... read more
Internetcore…? Is that what this is? Or something? Idk
DUDE HOLY FUCK how is this actually THIS good. I don’t even know why I listened to this album. There was no real pushing point for me, I kinda was just curious and then this shit happened. This EP is fucking great. It’s amazing. I don’t even know how to define it a lot of the time, but that’s what is great about it. It’s all over the place in the literal best way possible. It sounds like everything is ... read more

THIS ALBUM FREAKING HITS SO HARD!!!
Now, shoegaze is that one genre that makes the best albums ever. I've first heard some old shoegaze stuff like my bloody valentine and ride. But I obviously think think that modern shoegaze brings more hype.
Tracks (From most to least favorite): late time stroll, clockwalk around the ache, center, melt a bed, jet, look alive, sunshine.
oooooo heat
Weatherday has moved their hornet disaster album to 2024 so I decided to stop delaying and listen to this album. This album is more consistent then come in but I think the highs on this aren’t as high as come in. Asian glow is fire on this. Like that guy. My favorite song is clockwork around the ache mfw when 2:19 hit. Least favorite is jet
Still kinda processing what this EP feels like... because I feel lost. I kinda just feel like the cover (which I find really cute for some reason), it's like a cold wintery night in the middle of nowhere with my face exposed to the icy wind... I'm in some random city of just mellow lights and residential areas... I'm lost. That's what this EP feels like.
This is really outside of my regular taste, I quite enjoyed it though, I think it's very good.
