It’s a descent album overall, and it does it’s job. The 11 tracks have a similar production which sometimes makes hard to remember them, but it still adds to the cohesion of it, making it a very good choice of soundtrack for sad emo people.
'I Blame the World' is nothing but a diary of the artist in which she confesses and elaborates her insecurities between love songs and nihilistic visions. Cohesive, solid and delicate production accompanies the listener on a little journey inside the singer's head with wonderful vocals. The stylistic departure from the previous project 'Only Child' is strong, but convincing and Sasha's artistic identity is increasingly sharp.
