"with my memory restricted to a polaroid in evidence" is a devastating line.


The dream pop landscape is lush and textured, it's beautiful. Ethel has a real pop cadence to her voice, reminding me of some of the bigger pop stars of the mid to late 2010s. The instrumental revolves itself around an acoustic guitar, the song as it moves on becomes more full and noisy, while remaining extremely gentle.
