Psalmtanic Verses is a black metal album based on the concept of psalms, and while I can't judge the lyrics since they aren't available, the music itself is great and melodic, and sounds really polished for something coming off this genre. The production is also great, but the downside of this project is how every song sort of melts together, and while there are some clearly interesting sections that incorporate influences from outside of the black metal scene (post-rock, progressive metal, ... read more


Not my thing, but generally it doesn't sound like it was made inside of a toaster oven left on the side of the road for a few months, so it's okay.


This album is not just black metal, but there are also many funny elements, I like them
But it feels like it lacks the continuity of the album
