"Push The Button" is one of the better outings from The Chemical Brothers during the 2000's, but it still doesn't live up to their 90's classics. The electronic tank is equipped with huge cannons and is firing bits and pieces towards every direction, in order to announce that the party is still burning.
The first four songs plus "The Big Jump" are all excellent slices of the Chemical discography, which is good, because those five basically save the rest of the record from the mental oblivion to which I would have otherwise assigned this record. "Left Right" in particular stands out as not good - the production ain't bad, but there's a reason no one heard of Anwar Superstar before or since.
