Reminds me of Kool Keith's Dr. Octagon, just a bit.
A raw and nocturnal barrage of ideas and brilliant wordplay spread evenly through an addicting encyclopedia of the mind of a teenage rapper in the modern era.
A likeable effort from Chester Watson that displays some of his best strengths. The short track lengths allow his stories to become very easy to digest and they're backed up with gritty production that creates this eerie, nocturnal atmosphere. This description is the problem I have with Chester's music however. He's pretty much a vanilla Earl Sweatshirt with the same monotone vocals and dark production.
