Wtf is that title lmao

As for their debut album, this is good. Even if it’s not as consistent, there are some really great songs on here. There does feel like a decent amount of filler to me but again there are some really good songs. I feel like Sparklehorse usually is pretty all over the place in terms of sound. On Good Morning Spider you have a song like Pig that goes completely nuts, and then a song like Hundreds of Sparrows which is super chill and catchy. Here you definitely have ... read more

#6 – Albums that taught me when I was a kid

“ The flowers of evil, you left at my door, Set ‘em in a broken glass, and tested my own blood” – Gasoline Horseys (and a reference to Baudelaire's " Fleurs du mal”)

Weird, wacky, Wonderful. Starts to feel samey after a while, but the album generally doesn't overstay it's welcome too much. Tracks like Rainmaker also pick up the pace a bit. A ballad-ey oddball.

Astonishing debut album as if made from one piece allthough composed under application of multifarious sounds and various musical styles.
My favourite tracks are:
Weird Sister (touching)
Saturday (gentle)
Cow (emotional catchy)
Someday I Will Treat You Good (rocky and bumpy)
