Prior to this I haven't had the chance to check out Ghais Guevara's music, I know he released the album 'BlackBolshevik' under a different name but 'There Will Be No Super-Slave' is the first record of his that I'm hearing, and I must say I came away really damn impressed, and first impressions of this record is that it's a great, creative, bold and outspoken Hip-Hop record that features some dense, creative production and impressive ability flow wise and lyrically. This is one of those instances where I am going into an album completely blind, but looking back at Ghais Guevara's short back catalogue thus far, I certainly would have given praise to his debut under this name last year, BlackBolshevik, even if it was a bit derivative of Jpegmafia. I think that There Will Be No Super-Slave is even better though and more distinct while still being in that same lane of abrasive weirdo hip-hop. There Will Be No Super-Slave is a great alternative if you are waiting for the new jpegmafia album. The album has one of the best productions of 2022 with a lot of creativity in sampling and sometimes great drill beats. Ghais Guevara gives us a great show with offensive lyrics, an amazing flow that becomes repetitive over time.
