If Vol. 2 is more eclectic than its predecessor, it isn't quite as thematically consistent, but it does hit greater highs with a greater frequency.

Past Masters Volume Two is far better than Past Masters Volume One.

The tracks on Past Masters Volume Two consists of singles released by The Beatles from 1966-1970. Most of the songs on this compilation are great, and overall there are more great songs on Past Masters Volume Two than on Past Masters Volume One. Really good compilation album overall, very enjoyable to listen to.

Genuinely one of the best albums ever, and it's a compilation album.

Those first 4 songs... god damn. I also love Revolution, Get Back (although I prefer the Naked version), The Ballad of John and Yoko, and one of my most unpopular opinions is that I don't love Hey Jude all that much. But this is still an album with really great highs and lows that are actually really high.
