It’s all good if you don’t get it yet. It's all good, cus that's what we do. That’s what we do. We wait for you to catch up. We’re already here though, we caught up already. On to the next. My goodness

From what I've heard so far from the singles and the live shows: this album is sooo different from the other ones. excited!
I'm really curious how this will be received by everyone. This is wayyy different than I expected. So many more sweet, serene moments than their last 2 projects. It's also significantly more theatrical. It's also very cartooney? Like the direction this album ended up going is so much more ridiculous than I could've anticipated. Absolutely fantastic. Not going to listen to it more before it officially releases so that's all I can conclude for now. It's like cavalcade but batshit insane. Just proves that the more refined black midi is the harder they hit.
Unfortunately, it has leaked... whatever.
"Hellfire" is the third album from prog-rock epics Black Midi and it fucking slaps you in the face. It caught a grievous bodily harm case because of how fucking sharp it is. Black midi unites their two previous albums including new styles in a massively ambitious concept album in fabulous fashion, utilizing multiple different genres and styles throughout. Diverse, Sonically excellent, but most of all, SUPER entertaining. Like I'm not joking ... read more
