Where U Are (Deluxe)

Throttle's "Where U Are" was an EP that I thought was just ok. A lot of people seemed to have loved the project, and I didn't fully understand why. It has cool ideas and some of them are executed well, but the production (especially on the latter half of the EP) was very questionable. This deluxe version of the 2019 project was something I wasn't expecting to come out, but here it is and just like the original EP, I am very mixed on it.
