hey i love music too! bless this happy, hopeful anthem/ode to pop rock, as well as music as a whole for its ability to do so much for us as people. sometimes the vocals are a little too tacky and some songs drag on a little (Last of the Great Romantics, Meet The New Mozart). Overall, worth the listen, and an interesting and genuine expression of appreciation towards the medium of music as a whole.
Initial recordings for this were in 1992 but the band never finished them. I think this is the demo recordings tidied up by Paddy?
I always enjoyed Paddy's tunes but this time, for an album that comes 17 years after its initial conception and has lost an essential part of its freshness along the way, I vote for its title and not for the songs.
