A typical slayer album. Fast, heavy, very atheistic and very nice.

Best Songs: Hate Worldwide, Not of This God, World Painted Blood
Even though God Hates Us All showed Slayer begin to go back to their older thrash sound, with Christ Illusion further pulling them back towards that sound, I would say that it's World Painted Blood that shows them fully reverting back to that sound. This record proves that they were still able to go back to their old sound and still produce a great record. I mean it's the closest we been to move away from the NU metal sound in this decade and well, in my opinion World Painted Blood is their best record in the 00's because it sounds like old Slayer which I will always enjoy but it often plagued by lack of ideas and lack of creativity.
