This is an absolutely devastating LP. An eviscerating study of self written in blunt but beautifully moving poetry, and a condemnation/celebration of the singer's hometown. Emotional post-hardcore FFO McClusky, Drones, Enablers, La Dispute and Slint. Album of the year material with goosebump-raising moments aplenty - "I DON'T EVER WANT TO HURT ANYONE AGAIN!" will stick in your mind for years to come.
