Just when I thought K-Pop wasn't as exciting as it used to be, VIVIZ proved otherwise by bringing in some of the industry's best producers on their new album - from the greatest SM producers, to the legendary Monotree, who have been involved in the production of the girls' ballads for years.
This amazing producer line-up created a lot of expectations and excitement for the new album, and it's safe to say that the girls have lived up to those expectations.
The EP starts with 'LOVEADE', the ... read more

Their debut album Beam of Prism is my favourite K-Pop album of the year so there were high expectations for VIVIZ going into this. And while it doesn't quite hit that high high point, it's still pretty damn good. The lead single LOVEADE might be my favourite summer bop so far this year, it's bright and sweet and fresh with some killer production and gorgeous vocals and a catchy catchy hook. SIESTA is another fun retro dancey track, with more fun production (especially that dragging/growling ... read more
i’m not going to lie, i was afraid for viviz after their debut EP that had made me question the interest of creating a post gfriend group... but wow they just proved the opposite with summer vibe, all the charm of viviz rests in these soft, retro, fun and sweet melodies, it's exactly what I wanted for their debut... it's a good and consistent EP !!

I liked the title track but the side tracks sounded generic so forgetting them is normal
I get why people like this, but I did not. I’m still not quite sure they know what a siesta is. It was a fun poppy sound, but the whole thing was lacking a certain X factor that would’ve made it really shine. On paper, this is an excellent album, but there was just a disconnect for me.

[eng] Viviz has returned with their second mini album and my sincere feelings for their career is: it's fizzled, it's decayed, it's lukewarm. Their first mini album is great, with songs worthy of the trio that sings them, but this mini now feels like a throwaway with some filler tracks that should have been on the previous album. I didn't like them very much, if it weren't for the three middle songs 'Love Love Love', 'Party Pop' and '#Flashback' for sure the score would be lower than 50. I ... read more
My inner buddy was kinda satisfied with this release not gonna lie. Bop bop was cute but didn’t move much for me, yet this time i actually had a lot of fun. The title track really did it for me i think its one of the best songs released this year. Bsides were okay even tho i kind of expected better. Love the vibes actually.
