Overall, "Mosey" is a bland, esoteric LP that dredges through over-worked terrain. While the instrumentation is vivid and deliberately chaotic, it fails to mask the shallowness of the far-from-meaty lyrics. Admittedly, Romano knows how to work a chorus , which he does not hesitate to showcase from time to time.
