Easily a prog rock must-listen album. It uses a lot of theatricality to tell an intricate story that, while pretty detailed, can be open to some interpretation. It's an awesome experience.

Shortly after our small little story with Ms. Teri, we finally take on the role of The Dear Hunter throughout the album. For an album mainly based as foreshadowing and fiery passionate romance this album is explosive. Many of the songs come from a personal place for Casey which he has stated in many of his interviews throughout the years mentioning how it comes from a "bitter" state of mind.
