Metal Injection
It doesn't do much new, not new for this band anyway, but Clutch knows exactly how to get your heart pumping and your body moving.
Metal Sucks

Sunrise on Slaughter Beach further cements that fact and continues their status as one of rock’s most thought-provoking, fun, and masterful outfits today.

Classic Rock

There's a remarkable sense of interplay, open space, hard rock and ambition that suggests other bands might as well pack up their tents and think about heading home.

With "Sunrise on Slaughter Beach", CLUTCH continues marching to the beat of its own drum, while simply remaining one of the coolest heavy bands around.
Distorted Sound
This record sounds rich and warm, it flows swiftly and smoothly, and ultimately sees CLUTCH continue to nail their life-long pursuit of excellence.
Metal Hammer

Nine songs deep and noticeably sharper and snappier than 2018’s Book Of Bad Decisions, Clutch’s 13th album offers a snapshot of the band at their most intense and energetic.

13 albums in, Clutch are still uniquely brilliant, master craftsmen of a form at once ingeniously simple and amazingly clever. And one that only they can properly do.

As a whole, it doesn’t feel like Clutch are aspiring to do much new with this album, but it’s a powerful reprise of their long-running shtick, one that turns out satisfying and nostalgic for those who have been following the band for a while.

Their shortest salvo to date, Sunrise on Slaughter Beach distills all that's good in late-era Clutch, providing a familiar hit of serotonin and physical release.

If you’re familiar with Clutch, you kinda know what you’re getting with this. One of the most consistent bands in what I guess you could consider straight forward rock music, although they are never shy about their stoner/psych rock leanings. Sunrise is the best effort they’ve released in a long time… probably since Earth Rocker.

A very cool, filthy, grubby rock LP that delivers throughout on the promise of big balled rock. However, when they veer towards stoner rock territory is when they really start to bud and blossom.

Essential Track - Skeletons on Mars

Good album for the year the stoner music is not god tire but is better for the popy music. I love this album but i feel upset not striming on spotify. on youtube or buy the disc my score is 92. The album is so hard rock and heavy like Black Sabbath. Clutch release good album of this year les't go what the Biilboard no sell. I think top 50 guys.
