Yeah... hours...

Because I wasted hours of my life listening to music...

The biggest grower in Bowie's discography... but also one that really can't be saved from its own mediocrity.

this cover makes no sense
David Bowie bored with experimentation and creativity found on his last 2 studio albums decides to trash that for one of the most generic albums in his discography. Hours... is something I don’t think I would call any other Bowie album. It’s boring and that makes it an anomaly in his massive career and not in a good way. More pleasant than some of his 80s work but a massive downgrade nonetheless.

Worst Tracks: The Dreamers
After the wildly industrial and experimental "Earthling", Bowie returns with Hours... yeah, it's really boring.

There's just nothing here of note. The production doesn't really bring anything to the table like even his last few albums did, it just sounds plain average. I mean it's not bad... like, some of the production is actually kinda cool but nothing that stood out to me. Every song sounded exactly the same, with the occasional exception.
