Awesome bluesy jazzy rock record, not much else to it. Some very funny moments on it, and some very chopsy jazz improv. One of his best yet imo, recommend

This album proves Zappa's talents as a musician. Quite a lot of instrumental songs and long instrumental passages of this project. Even though this project does have me appreciating Zappa's musicianship more, it at times doesn't feel very essential. An interesting listen none the less.

This is the third time recently that a Zappa album has massively outperformed my expectations of it, mainly just because I didn’t think it had that much of a reputation. This is a great mixture of jazz rock, blues, guitar virtuosity and weirdness which is sequenced very effectively and as such never ceases to offer something fresh or unpredictable.
