Inventive, stylish and unpredictable, RIVERSIDE's eighth album matches the quality and class of its predecessors, and offers some refined, spot-lit insight into where the band may go next. The sound of progress? Unquestionably.

Angry Metal Guy

Riverside seems to have grieved enough and ID.Entity is a welcome change of pace.

Unfortunately, Riverside themselves will search a little longer for their new ID.Entity.

It's nothing ground-breaking, but I still like this album, the fusion of Rhode keys and acoustic guitar makes a pretty interesting and unique sound.

Some songs are a bit long, but I think that regardless of that, the songs still feel like they serve a purpose, and it sounds pretty good, with the production highlighting each and every instrument pretty well. Not sure if I would listen to this in my rotation but it definitely serves its purpose and someone is bound to find this interesting.

On The Place Where I Belong, is the saddest song of the album, I felt that the artist was inspired by Opeth - Burden, starting at 03:11. Needless to say Big Tech Brother is my favorite on the album and it's ... read more

Man, I hear a lot of different influences in this album. There’s a strong element of ’80s synth driven prog, blended with vintage ’70s style keyboards, but at the same time, you also get that modern, contemporary prog feel through the use of electronic textures. There were several moments throughout the album where the vocals reminded me a lot of Maynard James Keenan. Overall, it feels like a fusion of neo-prog with modern progressive rock, balancing classic influences with a ... read more

É um prog setentista contemporâneo, mas com um plano de fundo envolvendo fake NEWS, a teoria da internet morta, o tecnofeudalismo, e referências de livros como 1984 e Admirável Mundo Novo.
