On Let It Bleed, the Stones face up to the end of the Sixties, starting with the dread guitar rumble of "Gimme Shelter."

When it comes to certain albums fun is all that's really needed and The Rolling Stones classic album 'Let it Bleed' is a prime example of that. The Stones fused elements of blues rock and country in the best of ways on here and create some of the best rock songs of the 60s, especially tracks like Gimme Shelter, Monkey Man and You Got the Silver.
