this thing just sounds so filthy. everything sounds like it just climbed out of a junkyard and then decided to coalesce into audio. some raw shit, but i would have preferred a little more direction. a lot of cool moments but it feels a bit too all over the place
This shit is catchy as hell, there's not much to say about it but it reminds me a bit of Unwound and ...And You Will Know Us by the Trail of Dead. The guitars sound so cool in my opinion and the vocals, though lowly mixed, sound very very good. I thoroughly enjoyed this album and it offers a lot of interesting elements of math rock that I havent heard before. Nice!
although a lot of this band has become lost and very hard to get information about, it doesnt change the fact that this is one of my favorite noise rock records. the insane drumming to rapidly changing time-signatures, the unusual guitar tones, it all blends together into a manic and noisy masterpiece. it may not change all that much in its 47 minute runtime, but if you can handle nearly an hour of fast noise rock, this is the album for you.
