Pros: An anthemic, bittersweet and fantastic indie rock album, Broken Social Scene mixes a melancholic and surreal intensive journey that takes you through multiple moods as the band begins to explore many of the themes that show up in this record, plenty of those themes being a bit mysterious and difficult to decipher but there in lies the beauty of the record in a nutshell, the ambiguity of it all mixed with the fantastic and delicate instrumentations that can be either bulging with intensive ... read more
