Essa versão dá um certo charme no disco, aqui vemos a produção de Aaron Dessner, produtor de "folklore" e "evermore", como na grandiosa "The Great War", a melhor de todas, é uma música deliciosa de se apreciar, e também nas ótimas "High Infidelity" e "Would've, Could've, Should've", ele e Swift fizeram um ótimo trabalho.

I'm certainly not going to make a habit of rating and reviewing deluxe editions of albums because oftentimes it's simply not worth it but in this case I have to because the value added by the bonus songs is actually quite significant and changes my score considerably. It's absolutely insane that these extra songs were cut from the base record - Vigilante Shit made it into the full thing but Would've, Could've, Should've didn't? I'm sorry? i don't really rate deluxe versions or reissues because it's too much work (especially when some time has gone since i've heard the album), but would've, could've, should've, the great war and bigger the than the whole sky are the best tracks in this era, and i feel like the rest of the tracks kinda grew on me since
It's impressive how the bonus tracks really add up the album experience, unlike many deluxe versions being released lately. Songs like Would've, Could've, Should've, The Great War and Dear Reader show more of the album concept of 'being up late at night' then some standard tracks, like Vigilante Shit. Dear Reader is even a better closing track then Mastermind, just adding to my first point on this review.
