The album largely succeeds off the natural chemistry of its co-creators and the wide range of instrumentals that touch on several regional rap styles that both rappers learned to conquer during their decades-long careers.
A fun, and surprisingly diverse release with a few bad songs, as to be expected. Still a good release

My most anticipated release of the year - and it somehow exceeded expectations.
SCENE 1:
G6 is Wayne and Chainz just going off for 3 minutes. Big Diamonds features Mannie Fresh (!) production, which we all know Wayne fits perfectly on. 21 Savage comes through with a solid hook and verse. A very mixed bag with lyrics that feel like they've been writing decades ago and that have since aged like milk. Occasionally you get a more memorable song, but I just find this release to be pretty vapid and unimportant.
