Even in a genre that continues to be degraded by imitators, Cobain’s rusty-pipe voice and painful sarcasm (”Things have never been so swell/And I have never felt this well”) are so raw it’s scary.

Raw, heavy, dirty, one of the last Grunge peaks and last Nirvana song ever recorded at the start of 1994. Amazing song.

Reading the book Heavier Than Heaven by Charles R. Cross, a Kurt Cobain biography, just makes every song I hear by them a lot sadder. On top of that this music video made up of 100’s of clips of Nirvana behind the scenes and at shows makes me 100 times more depressed.
