After drowning myself in David Bowie's discography consistently over the past two weeks, not only have I found my favourite of his but now one of my top favourite albums of all time.

Trying not to write too much about it but Scary Monsters is impossible for me not to talk about.

I'm going back to being a ghost now. <3

"Scary Monsters (And Super Creeps)" manages to perfectly blend both the experimental and accessible parts of Bowie's career, making it the perfect way to start off a new decade! This album is also aggressive as hell, dealing with topics such as fascism, the New Wave movement and teenage fashion (at the time) with brilliantly-written grace and charismatic performances! K, here it is: my unique 100. Everybody has it, and it is an album which others wont usually have as a hundred. But I honestly think that this album deserves it. It is the perfect blend of experimental and accessible, appealing to all audiences with incredible singles Ashes to Ashes and Fashion, whilst staying true to long hardcore fans by mixing elements from all through Bowie's career.
