It’s almost comical, the amount of times I’ve tried to review this album.
Having experienced this record in many adventurous mind-states (that’s as much as I’ll say), I can never seem to grasp its vastness. You think about one aspect of the mix, or the composition, or the context, and it takes you away. Reggae is fairly popular in Hungary. Mostly just our local watered-down pop reggae which, let's be honest, even at its highest quality isn't that great. It lead me down a path of discovering reggae classics though, so it at least was good for something. This was one of the first albums I've heard on my own and it was probably the one that solidified my opinion that this genre is a very close second to jazz when it comes to music.
