This has NO right to be as good as it is! They rushed to get this out to uphold their contract stating that they would release two albums in 1967. This should have been a complete mess. How the hell did they pull this off?
This record is phenomenal; it's brilliant; it's damn near flawless; it's beautiful; it has some of the best guitar work I have ever heard; it's fucking magical, that's what this is! Jesus Christ, when this started I genuinely thought this would be Jimi's weakest project, and ... read more

EXP - Usada genialmente para introduzir e resumir o que o álbum trará nas faixas seguintes.
Disco de psicodelia enraizada, guitarra evidente e vocais viajados, daqueles que todos deveriam ouvir algum dia.
Destaque para: Spanish Castle Magic, If 6 Was 9 e One Rainy Wish.

[87.92] Now with much more focus than the first, Jimi can put his skills right in a specific direction, though having the same creative ability. I'm unsure if I like this more than the previous, the score will have to say. He's just an insane musician all over man. Great amount of influence that can be heard from this. Pearl Jam stans would love this.

Fav tracks - Spanish Castle Magic, Ain't No Telling, Little Wing, If 6 Was 9, Castles Made of Sand, One Rainy Wish, Bold as Love

Every Experience record is basically a greatest hits collection. This one just happens to hold my favorite Hendrix tracks, ‘Bold As Love’, ‘One Rainy Wish’, ‘Castles Made Of Sand’ and ‘Little Wing’.

And in an era that produced iconic covers that have decorated many a wall, this one is among the greatest.
