An absolutely disturbing and destructive deep dive into Deathcore. When Somatic Defilement hit my Ipod in 2007 there was nothing else like it. No band had successfully combined the absolute nastiness of Deathmetal with the brutality of Hardcore this way since despised Icon's Breathing Process.
A straight forward brutal approach carved out a unique space from the band from the beginning and had you coming back over and over.
