You really got to admire the finest moments when music can convey such elegantly exquisite and powerful emotions with so little, in ways appreciably different to other mediums of art. I say Ichiko Aoba's "0" is the embodiment of such unique qualities, qualities I'm sure all us enthusiasts look for and admire in our music! :)

I'm going to throw out an odd hypothesis: That there's an Uncanny Valley for language, at least in music.
For the unaware, the uncanny valley is an idea related to human response to how "human" a robot is, namely that there is a peculiar point where a robot might look a lot like a human, but not quite enough to be entirely convincing and instead leaves actual humans confused and even scared.
