End Position is dark, angry music. Between Leo Ashline’s moribund lyrics and the wrecking, pummeling waves of collaborator Shaun Ringsmuth’s electronics, the music is basically a bad friend encouraging a panic attack.
We can only speculate whether or not the music is indicative of the struggle, but End Position is a good synopsis of something. Odds are, the less it means to you, the better.
I love when the first track of a hardcore album has a significantly larger play count than the other songs following it. So many people probably saw Fantano's super positive review and thought "Hey, I'll try this too", only to be utterly horrified and repulsed by what they were hearing.
Not me though! I LOVE this type of high-octane, insanity-inducing rushes of adrenaline and terror! And it's a Flenser release! GAH DAMN!!

This album slaps. It's got a punk energy, with industrial production and a snarling, biting and convulsing front man that gives his all on the delivery of this record. It's loud, in your face, abrasive, punch in your face music that is both catchy and destructive.
