$uicideboys$ drop a pretty decent EP that shows where the group has been with taking their iconic sound in a more melodic direction. On some of the more low-key moments on this EP it works, like on the title track and on Big Shot Cream Soda, but when things get a little too flashy to the point where it sounds like a Carti rage beat, thats when I lose interest. Sure, they're never going to progress artistically, but I also just enjoy $B's sample-heavy moronic bangers, and for the most part these are sample-heavy moronic bangers

The boy$ give another stand out performance alongside fellow G59 member Shakewell. This EP may be a bit repetitive but has enough variety and quality bangers to keep my interest. From rage type songs like Whole Lotta Grey to melodic bangers like Big Shot Cream Soda it's nice to see the boy$ experimenting with different styles whilst keeping their unique charm and production/rapping ability.
