Not totally in my wheelhouse, this influential album reserves its position as a cult favorite and is still solid all around.

Iconic. Bombastic. Raw, viscous and compelling. The 70s were full of US bands whom loved to stand on stage and jam. For days and days. The Stooges fronted by Iggy Pop were the most punk before punk was a thing. Iggy made you cringe and scream and the band had a way with their instruments that made hard rock come off like make-up sex without the foreplay. If you don't own the remastered edition and love your sound hard, visceral and snarling...I'd say, go ahead, son. Buy it!
