Being No One, Going Nowhere hits a sophisticated balance of light and heavy, unsettled and hooky, feet and temper, with an electro-post-punk sheen that altogether seems very much of its time.


In the end, then, STRFKR is taking on larger ideas. However, the end result can’t help but sound like a mixed bag that seems like a rehash of their own weathered ideas as well as those of the genre.

Their tightest effort yet. Not very impressive, as it's pretty 2-dimensional lo-fi hipster dance music, but as far as that stuff goes this is very enjoyable. It can sound like a knockoff of Tame Impala's newest record, but Tame Impala's newest record was a knockoff too so who cares.

Eletro pop bem vibrante, com muito groove e um som bem dançante. É colorido, com aquela onda moderninha bem próximo do indie que atrai tanta gente hoje em dia. Achei as beats muito repetitivas, além de ser um disco que fica demais no lugar comum deste gênero, me sinto ouvindo músicas do esteriótipo deste tipo de som, seja no vocal ou na sonoridade, nada foge muito do que é mais esperado por aqui.
