Ok so I get that we live in a streaming world now. You can go listen to this for free and laugh at it or even get some mild amusement out of t-pain covering some of these songs. But can you imagine this existing in a time when we still paid for individual albums. Like imagine actually spending money to listen to this garbage. It feels as if absolutely no effort was put into this as these are less covers and more karaoke. And the mix is just plain bad. That war pigs cover is a strong contender ... read more

NO NUANCE REVIEW

I mean, T-Pain sounds fantastic. His voice is so soulful, he kills every performance on this project. However, the choices he makes with each song he covers isn’t very interesting, and god damn the production and mixing is ROUGH. It’s a shame, because if more care was put into how the music sounded this could have been a great time. It’s fun novelty listen while it lasts, but there’s not much to really return to.
