Revisiting Turbines/Pigs is 100% gonna make me cry, it really is that good. Sounds like regina spektor
17h
14 points too low
1d
Same as with the band's debut album, the longest and most popular song here isn't my fav, but still very good
1d
tyler's singing is SO GOOD
1d
A 7 is fine
1d
Just you guys wait til Bald Melon gives Scaring the Hoes a 5, then you’ll see the true power of the “Fantano Effect” πŸ’€πŸ’€
1d
The 86 survived the night!
1d
7 is a goated number tbh
1d
imagine complaining ab th 'fantano effect' on th safest most unexpected unsurprising score ever
1d
xDDDDDDDDDD
1d
say your prayers melon man
1d
Laughing Song got me in shambles
1d
aw man he only really liked it instead of loved it! the user score already dropped 1 point! grr Fantano effect grr I’m gonna eat my hat 😑😑😑
1d
I can't believe the Fanta effect even got BC,NR. I would have never thought
1d

1d

1d
how tf is turbines not in his best songs
1d
already dropped to 86 lol
1d
Wtf is Melon doing man, everyone’s got opinions but damn
1d
Strong 7 is an exceptional score considering how the band has had to adapt to the loss of Isaac who was such a crucial member of the band, the fact this is such an ambitious live recording, and that Tyler and Lewis are effectively making their vocal debuts.
1d
TAKE CARE GUYS SCARING THE HOES NEXT
1d
I think a strong 7 is fair considering these songs are probably not fully realized yet, but man, massive L on the "Turbines" take
1d
Miss my Isaac screams
1d
Can't wait for the Fantano effect to bring this down to below an 80
1d
isaac really carried the band 🀣🀣🀣🀣🀣🀣
1d
7/10 is fair tbh, yeah there's a couple great songs but a few weak ones.
1d
just added the fantano review a bit ago. 7/10 is crazy
1d
Fair score. There's nothing on here in the same stratosphere as 90% of the previous 2 records
1d
Im at uni rn, but new Fantano review and not even a yellow flannel?? ☹️
1d
7 🀣🀣🀣🀣🀣🀣

The Fantano effect

Up Song feels like their Wish You Were Here
2d
I wont always love you is top tier bcnr
2d
Still doesn’t feel real that they ACTUALLY released this masterpiece. This is all I could have asked for and more. This record is the most beautiful record I have heard in recent memory.
2d
Utterly in love with Dancers, Turbines/Pigs and Laughing Song
2d
It's an incredible work and an ode to friendship, heroically released after the departure of their frontman in 2022. To create 9 new tracks and reboot the band with three new singers (inhouse, ofcourse) is a kind of unreal achievement. I'm impressed! Let me shake your hands, guys 🀝
3d
I really gotta listen to the full thing
3d
Too good
3d
Dancers is such a great song wtf
3d
Music for severely emasculated and weak males who modern society will trample over
3d
I might sound crazy saying this but the beginning of Across the Pond My Friend sounds like Mumford & Sons to me πŸ’€
3d
I feel like these songs would be really good studio recorded
3d
Honestly not too impressed
3d
Black Country, New Road, with FTFT, AFUT, and now this, are proving themselves to be one of this decade’s greatest musical acts. I love them to bits and I can’t wait to see them jump in the studio for a third record
3d
overrated af
3d
so Fantano will be actually reviewing this... any score predictions? I think he'll give it a strong 8 to a light 9
4d
the boy deserves better
4d
These people... how the fuck did they manage to pull yet another masterpiece even though it's a live album and they're down by 1 member? It's legit been three consecutive years, but I LOVE to see it
4d
You recognise their faces but once you think past that All the elements, well, they're just gone
4d
turbines/pigs is absolutely amazing
