Unlike most other albums I'm reviewing for THE DAY OF DEATHCORE, I've actually heard Slow Death before and I remember loving it. This one ages quite well, its still mostly a beat down with little melody but there's catchy parts. Six Feet Closer To Hell is probably the catchiest but I can see it as a bit corny. The keys are uses to great effect again. Dark Heart Ceremony, Pale Ghost, Black Candles Burning and Drown Me In Blood are all quite good. It's a solid batch of material but kinda lacks stand out tracks. Maybe best served in full.
