This album was a big grower throughout the year for me as a grew more accustomed to the mixing and Danny's voice. The production is completely insane and they both snapped on all of the beats.

An awesome album from jpegmafia & Danny brown, the chaotic & somewhat Messy production combined with jpeg and Danny rapping is just PERFECT.

Ive been putting off a rating because every time i go back to this album, a new song gets put into my rotation. This album will be a classic in both discographies. Some of the best of both artists, although i prefer danny brown in general (Atrocity Exhibtion>TPAB), its really JPEGMAFIA who steals the show here, kinda leaving danny in the dust on some songs. Whether it comes to Peggy's rapping or production. I havent heard alot of JPEGMAFIA, and this project piques my interest about his ... read more

Why do I have a different Peggy album as my favorite every day?

This is amazing. It is so coherent. It is a ... I guess, a very beautiful mess.
The chemistry between these two guys is incredible. The production is probably the heaviest shit ever... Fentanyl Tester and Steppa Pig being some of my favorites. The mixing is absolute shit. I used to consider the last track as a bad track, mostly because the mixing is so fucking bad on this song specially on Danny's verse I was literally crying ... read more

i've relistened to this album many times because of how fun it is. It's a great listen for fans of underground rap.
the production is absolutely amazing, with it being nearly flawless, and the lyricism is very good too, with clever lines throughout the album. I wish the album was a bit longer though, as Danny Brown and JPEGMAFIA are a duo with a lot more potential.
overall this album definitely beat expectations, and is absolutely worth a listen

im going down the list and reviewing all my highest rated albums and honestly idk why this ones even this high, i dont even like it, it just scares me, every time i listen to a song from it i just black out and then come back a few minutes later and my apartment is a mess

Very different from a casual hip-hop album. It's very experimental and it does a good job at it!
Favorite tracks: Steppa Pig, SCARING THE HOES, Fentanyl Tester, Jack Harlow Combo Meal
Least favorite: Run The Jewels

The compelling themes, the quirky bars and rhymes, the experimentation and the iconic Danny Brown and JPEGMAFIA style and flow are present and combined together, it is a pretty good collab. The first half from until Orange Juice Jones is perfect, however in the second half, despite my like for most of the songs, the experimentation process turns to extreme for me in terms of the experimentation and to that point, it feels repetitive. Overall, it's a great record but I felt that personally it ... read more
