I love Mike Shinoda as much as the next person buuuut this one is just kinda mid. The beat, songwriting and lyrics are all pretty generic. There's a few little catchy moments here and there like the yelled ''in my head'' refrain, but it's really not of my favourite songs by him at all, I liked the Ziggurats stuff better. Also I'm not sure how this would sound in the context of the movie... cause, I mean, it's not really scary at all haha.

Bro thinks he Skillet, Evanescence & Imagine Dragons at the same time while producing this "mid" track.. Compare to those "bands" I just mentioned this single alone is by far better than most of what they were making before back then which seems lowkey ain't half bad
