The highs like Scent of the Obscene are high but man are the bad songs bad. Tupelo and Can't We All Dream could have been cut and nothing of value would be lost. It could have been a tight 35-40 minute album but it's really hard to justify recommending with that extra 20 minutes of Tupelo and Can't We All Dream. Skip those 2 and it's a great album.
