Having finally owned this LP on vinyl, I thought that it is time that I have it a proper review/rating. The Temptation's first studio album 'Meet the Temptations' successfully captures the essence of an early 60's soul group and pushes it even further.

As someone who vastly prefers The Original Five to the David Ruffin era (The Classic Five), this is one of my favorite Temptations LPs. The majority of the songs feature the lead vocals of Paul Williams, who was vastly under-utilized later and gets to really shine on these songs.
