This highly obscure project by singer/songwriter/producer Yves Tumor may not be his debut at all, but it definitely feels like a more mature, full-fledged debut studio album. Serpent Music is all about self-consciousness, melancholic and exoteric dreamy soundscapes and moody pieces. Some truly outstanding moments here, but overall it feels a little messy and unpolished.
A truly unique approach of rnb and electronic music mash-up. Yves Tumor 2016 LP ""Serpent Music"" take a more atmospheric/sample based approach to this record. Hopefully, with his next full album he release eventually ups his production and becomes more diverse and we'll be looking into a great artist in the future.
