I wish this hooked me more. It has a strong vibe that seems like something that would be up my alley, and it has a strange and different sound from other albums coming out in the 1980s; a mixture of southern rock, post-punk, so on and so forth. The songs are generally well-crafted and I never felt disappointed with a song as it was playing. I just don't think I would ever come back and listen to this album again.
