Strange poly rhythms and off-kilter, gloomy sounds all melt in this controversial (yet highly innovative) sound experience. There could be no better cover for this landmark album.

i really wish i liked this a lot more, really, but it honestly felt like someone tried to create Uncle Meat 2.0, but with a post-apocalyptic twist. as much as i love tape music and experimental music, this just felt like an endurance test to sit through. maybe with repeated listens i’ll warm up to it, but for now i don’t see the hype at all.
