Yeah, this already pretty much has my AOTY in the bag.
For those who don't already know, Ichiko Aoba is my second favorite artist of all time, with "Windswept Adan" and "0" in particular being personal favorites of mine, so to say that my affinity for this came as no surprise would be a massive understatement. Reminded me of some very nice tunes from her.
I was cooking up some extra fancy oatmeal (I added fruits and yogurt) and this was what I was listening to. Made that session very light and relaxing. Good kicker to the morning.
My current aoty. The Ensemble adds so much texture to already great music. A refreshing listen after weeks of noise rock and experimental hip-hop.
Songwriter's chamber folk played with small orchestra on Milton Court concert. Ichiko had better moments in her discography.
